Courtney McDermott
Courtney McDermott is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and the MFA program at the University of Notre Dame. Her debut collection of short stories, How They Spend Their Sundays (Whitepoint Press 2013), was nominated for both the PEN/Hemingway Award and The Story Prize. Originally from Iowa, she currently lives in the greater Boston area and teaches in the online Master’s in English program at Southern New Hampshire University.
