Emily Shearer
Emily Shearer lives, writes, and teaches yoga in Prague, Czech Republic with her husband and three children. Between 2015 and 2016, her poems were nominated for a Pushcart Prize and shortlisted for the Judith B. McCabe Poetry Prize; they also received Honorable Mention in the Concrete Wolf Chapbook Contest. She has been published in Ruminate, melancholy hyperbole, Stirring, ROAR, Quail Bell Press, Silver Birch Press, about place journal, and others, including the debut issue of Minerva Rising, where she now serves as the Poetry Editor.
