Rita Shelley
Dr. Rita Shelley, an educationalist, hails from New York City, British Columbia, and Idaho. She visited family in New Zealand, fell in love, and lives permanently in Northland with her partner. She won first equal in the 2016 Northland Flash Fiction Competition, four of her stories appeared in Flash Frontier, and she won two flash fiction competitions at Writer’s Billboard. She’s also been published on Write Up North.
