Debra Tillar has been an archaeologist, a teacher, and a freelance travel and food writer. Her historical and speculative fiction appears and is upcoming in several print anthologies and online journals such as Pebbles on the Strand; Esoterica; Empyrean; and Space and Time, among others. She spends her time writing, creating art, and traveling the world (not always in that order). She grew up in New York City and now lives on the Seacoast of New Hampshire.
