Cynthia Gralla

Cynthia Gralla is a writer of fiction, creative nonfiction, and criticism who teaches writing and literature at the University of Victoria and at Royal Roads University. She is the author of The Floating World and The Demimonde in Japanese Literature, as well as work in The Mississippi Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, Electric Literature, Salon, storySouth, Witness, Asymptote Journal, and other publications. Prairie Fire recently chose her as one of their 50 Canadian Writers Over 50. She is currently writing a book about borderline personality disorder and hosts the interview podcast A Real Affliction: BPD, Culture, and Stigma.
