Josje Weusten
Josje Weusten is a fiction author and poet from Belgium. She holds a PhD in literary studies and is an alumna of Faber Academy London, teaching creative writing at Maastricht University. Her work has, among others, appeared in Burningword Literary Journal, Litbreak Magazine, Flash Fiction Magazine, and Low Hanging Fruit. She is the winner of the Short Stories of Belgium Competition 2025. Her debut novel, Fake Fish, was selected as a Scotland’s Book Week Debut Showcase and a 2025 PageTurner Award finalist.
