Kurt Schmidt
Kurt Schmidt’s memoirs and essays have appeared in The Boston Globe, Bacopa Literary Review, Barzakh Magazine, Discretionary Love, Please See Me, Storyhouse, The Examined Life Journal, Eclectica Magazine, and others. He is also the author of the novel Annapolis Misfit (Crown). At an age when risk is ill-advised, Kurt flew in a small plane piloted by his son, although anxious that his son was newly licensed and inexperienced.
