Brian O’Hare
Brian O’Hare is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, a former U.S. Marine
Corps captain, and a disabled combat veteran. Currently, he’s an award-winning filmmaker and writer living in Los Angeles. His work has appeared in War, Literature and the Arts, Santa Fe Writers Project, Hobart, and others. He’s been nominated for two Pushcart Prizes as well, and he was recently named a finalist for Syracuse University Press’ 2021 Veterans Writing Award and will begin a residency as a Writing Fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts in September 2021.
