Casey Lynn Roland
Casey Lynn Roland is a writer, artist, theater technician, and educator who has showcased her work at the Massachusetts Poetry Festival, Salem Arts Festival, Read Free or Die!, Speak Up!, The Cellar, Portsmouth Hoot, and U35 among others. She is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she earned an MFA in Writing, concentrating on Poetry. Casey Lynn grew up in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, splitting her time between the North Shore and Lake Winnipesaukee. Her poetry attempts to reconcile her relationship to those places and the people in them, and how they change over time. She currently lives in Beverly, Massachusetts with one very talkative parakeet, named Pigwidgeon, and quite a few not-so-talkative house plants.
