Eva Skrande’s poems have appeared or are forthcoming in APR, The Iowa Review, Ploughshares, Clockwise Cat, and Prick of the Spindle, among others. Her book, My Mother’s Cuba, was published in the Rivercity Poetry Series. She lives and teaches in Houston, Texas.
