Heather Joinville

Heather Joinville received her BA in Creative Writing-Poetry from Southern Illinois University. She has been published in Grassroots Literary Journal (Spring 2009) and received an honorable mention from the Academy of American Poets. She spent a crazy year in NYC where she interned with The Brooklyn Poets and won Brooklyn’s Monthly Prose Bowl (December, 2016). She now lives in Illinois with her husband (Kevin) and dog daughter, Cheddar Brie.
