James W. Wood

A 2018 recipient of the British Columbia Writer’s Award in Canada, J.W.Wood’s work has appeared in leading journals in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia, including The Times Literary Supplement (UK), AGNI (USA), The Boston Review (USA), The Fiddlehead (Canada), The Daily Telegraph (UK), Stand (US/UK), and many others. He is the author of six books of poetry and a pseudonymous thriller selected for the Rome Film Festival in 2011. This year, he was also shortlisted for the Bridport Prize in the UK. In 2019, work is forthcoming in The Military Review (USA) and The Old Verandah Swing (Canada).
