Thomas Calder earned his MFA in creative writing from the University of Houston. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Gulf Coast, Miracle Monocle, Juked, and elsewhere. His debut novel, The Wind Under the Door, comes out on March 23, 2021.

Hello! Please be advised that accepted FICTION submissions are now being scheduled into 2026. That is quite a ways away, we know, but it also means that we’ve got enough great fiction scheduled for the rest of 2024 and ALL of 2025!

We just want to mention this for anyone still waiting for decisions or submitting.
